Before You Book

To ensure a smooth and successful event, please review the following:

• A minimum of 10 painters is required
• Indoor space is required or a fully covered outdoor area (subject to approval)
• Access to a sink and at least two electrical outlets is required
• Adequate space must be available for tables, easels, and seating
• A minimum of 1 hour is required for setup prior to your event

Please note: Final guest count is confirmed at booking. Additions may be accommodated up to 7 days prior based on availability.

Important Booking Information

• Final guest count is confirmed at booking and cannot be reduced
• Balance is due 14 days prior to the event
• Events booked within 14 days must be paid in full
• All payments are non-refundable
• Clients are responsible for protecting event space and supervising guests
• Only Company staff may handle decor or equipment
